At ORI SORGHO, we are not here to do like everyone else. We were born in 2021 in Toulouse (France) with a very specific mission: to bring back to the forefront a little-known cereal with superpowers – sorghum. For what?

Our story begins in the South-West of France, land of culinary traditions and cradle of a little grain that changes everything. Mohamed Zellama, our founder, grew up with sorghum on his plate. It was much more than a cereal for him – it was an art of living, food with a soul. It was by realizing that he could introduce his benefits to all of Europe that he embarked on the ORI adventure.
The vision of our founder
Mohamed Zellama is not only our founder, he is the French & EU ambassador of sorghum in Europe and well beyond. Since 2019, he has defended this cereal as a superfood of the future, with exceptional nutritional and environmental qualities. He is there to shake consciences, share your love of sorghum through conferences, tastings, and debates. For him, food must be a solution for our health and our planet, and sorghum is the key.
